The Daily Inter Lake:
http://www.dailyinterlake.com/
This has been the best local newspaper for fire news. Be sure to scan the
entire article content. Although a story may appear to
concentrate on a particular fire, it often includes information
on other area fires as well.
The Flathead Beacon:

The Flathead Beacon covers fire news regularly. It's best to read all wildfire articles as most will discuss more than one local fire.
GeoMAC (Geospatial
Multi-Agency Coordination Group):
http://geomac.usgs.gov/
This is a site maintained by the US National Interagency Fire Center
that provides real-time forest and wildfire information. Perhaps the
most useful part is an interactive map. Among other features, you
can zoom into a specific area to locate active fires, their
status and their extent.
Glacier National Park
Web Cams:

These are live feeds from a number of web-connected video cameras
located in the park.
National Fire News, Wildland Fire Update:

This is a central summary of all major fires nationwide, including
"managed" burns. This data isn't usually quite as current as the
locally produced reports.
National Park Service Fire News:
http://www.nps.gov/fire/public/pub_firenews.cfm
This is a series of links to reports on fires within the U.S. National Park
System. For Glacier National Park specifically, there is sometimes additional information on their "Press Releases" page:

A collection of links to a number of fire-related mapping resources.
